Coordination and responsibility from customer inquiries, offer and concept creation and contract drafting to detailed discussions and event implementation on-site
-Professional and individual (and sometimes self-responsible) organization, conception and planning of events, events conferences throughout Germany
-Conceptual and organizational responsibility for events
-Responsible for precise planning, the smooth running of events and control of the trades involved
-Budget controlling of projects
-Conception and creation of presentations as well as confident presentations
-Personal and charming contact person for customers
-Completed training (e.g. as an event manager) or studies with a focus on event management/marketing
-Several years of experience as an event manager in a comparable position in an event agency
-A friendly and confident demeanour towards colleagues and customers
-Independent and careful way of working, organizational skills and hands-on mentality
-Confident handling of all standard MS Office programs
-Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
