• Assisting in the development and implementation of PR strategies, analysing the measures and creating reports
• Support in the planning and implementation of events in the area of guest and invitation management
• Creation of the digital invitation process in the form of mailings and websites after customer briefing, as well as packaging and sending of print invitations
• Creation and distribution of press releases and media kits
• Maintaining and researching politics, society, media and influencer contacts, creating guest lists according to event target groups
• Inquiry management, support and negotiations with VIP management
• Regular preparation of feedback statuses via Excel/CSV reporting
• Shuttle planning and taking over travel bookings for VIP guests
• Assistance with seating for VIP and dinner guests
• Inquiries and coordination of various service providers
• Completed training (e.g. as an event manager) or studies with a focus on event management / PR / marketing
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of PR, event or guest management
• Great communication skills with very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Friendly and confident demeanour towards colleagues, customers, service providers and guests
• Team spirit, creativity and a high degree of personal responsibility, as well as openness and the willingness to get involved in a dynamic working environment
• Independent and careful way of working with organisational talent, ability to prioritise and remain solution-oriented even under time pressure
